Course Description:

The objectives for this course are to introduce the shooter to the basic foundation of marksmanship while enabling them to manipulate the shotgun in a tactical, practical, and dynamic environment.  While reinforcing the basics of marksmanship this course builds on advanced tactical shotgun manipulations.

Equipment/Gear:

  • Shotgun and pistol
  • Pouches, vest or chest rig to hold spare shot shells
  • Holster and mag pouches to hold at least 2 pistol magazines
  • Clothing suitable for weather conditions
  • Eye & Ear protection (additional clear lenses for night shooting)
  • Hat is recommended for weather and shield from hot brass
  • knee/elbow pads (optional)
  • Pen/paper
